ABOUT ME
Originally from Germany, and after traveling post graduation, I found a home away from home in Haarlem, Netherlands. That is where you currently find me.
You can also find me most excited talking about human psychology. Most connected to myself in my yoga practice. Most alive skiing in the mountains on a bluebird day. Most in awe when singing with a circle of women at full moon, and most at peace painting a canvas with my bare hands deep in acrilyc colours. Depends on the day - and usually with a cup of tea.
Curiosity and connection are my two biggest values. I lead with curiosiuty and prioritize connection.
My curiosity is what led me to dive head first into the studies of psychology and later into the neurobiology of the nervous system. My body found a home in the practice of yoga. I recognized how much these modalities complement each other and nervous system care was the missing piece, the bridge between mind and body. These three complex approaches, weaved together , became my work and are the cornerstones that inform my offerings. And honestly, I can not be happier to be able to offer these to you.
